His name is synonymous with Chicago drum n bass and one of Americas largest drum n bass music groups the M.I.A. (murda In america) with over 50+ members all over the country and growing every year in size and talent producing dnb events, releasing music and mixes .  DELAMOTA  got his start djing at after-hours and small underground parties in Chicago during the early  90's rave scene. In 1998 he put on his 1st  full scale show, later he would collaborate with a few of his blood relatives to create Boogie Tribe Productions,  at the time one of the midwest largest party promoters. With his dedication to the dnb sound he managed to travel over the years Alfonz has played well over 25 cities in over 20 states both headlining and djing along side some of the worlds top electronic music producers and djs. His drive to push drum n bass has taken him to several musical places including a live dnb band called "soljazz", a drum step group "high$ociety". Also 2 vinyl releases and several mp3 releases available on itunes and beatport and other mp3 outlets. He's held several residencies at some prestigious clubs in Chicago including smart bar for over 5 years there till 2012 when he began working with Dolphin night club on a monthly basis to present #Play his monthly drum n bass night.  Alfonz DELAMOTA is known for  smashing any dance floor with his upfront style of drum n bass that runs through styles and tempos keeping it fresh and heavy.
